Thank you for your interest in catering your party in your new facility, The Austin Room.

Thyme Catering has over twenty years of experience catering weddings, christenings, funerals, meetings, brunches, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, and showers and we can fulfill your special wishes and coordinate your special day.

This information includes a menu and a list of hors d’oeuvres specifically created for Local 654 Union members. Wedding packages will be custom designed. The terms and conditions information can also be accessed here. It outlines the payment requirements as well as the room minimums, cancellation policy, room guidelines and guarantees. A signed copy, along with a check, money order, cash or Visa or MasterCard for a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations are taken on a first come basis.

Dinner packages are for a total of four hours from your scheduled arrival time.

Afternoon events are available beginning no later than one o’clock in the afternoon and concluding
by five o’clock in the afternoon.
