SERVICE, LINEN, BAR, EQUIPMENT BILLING Thyme
Catering will arrange
the ordering, pick-up delivery and return of all needed linen and equipment.
All items and costs will be discussed specifically with you before ordering. Service
personnel will
arrive 1-1/2 to 2 hours prior to guest arrival. They will provide the
following services: FOOD -- all
preparation, presentation, and clean-up (including all appliances, utensils
and floorspace used) FLOOR -- set up
tables, chairs, food stations, bar and any other needed equipment (utensils,
rental products, linens and liquor) The number of
service personnel required is discussed and decided according to the menu and
type of function. The cost is $150.00 for the first person; $105.00 for each
additional person. This amount is determined to cover four hours service from
guest arrival until departure and includes the set-up and clean-up time.
Over-time arrangements can be made at additional costs. Thyme
Catering will
provide recommended purchase lists for full bar liquor, beer, wine,
champagne, mixers, and sodas. Estimates and recommendations can be provided
by special request. The service personnel will unpack, set-up, service, and
repack all liquor and bar products. Thyme Catering will provide needed fruit, stirrers and cocktail napkins
upon request. Ice will be provided at cost. A $1.25 per person liquor
liability surcharge will be assessed to all bills when Thyme Catering provides a
bartender for an event. A $300 deposit
is required to confirm your date with Thyme Catering . Should this agreement be canceled for any reason, your
deposit may be used as credit for any catering event within one year from the
date the deposit is received. A 50% deposit is
required thirty to sixty days prior to the event. If a cancellation occurs
within 10 days of your party date, 75% of the second deposit is
non-refundable.(Your specific contract will state the exact deposit date.) The final
headcount is due seven days prior to the event. This number will be used to
purchase fresh ingredients for the kitchen production, order equipment and
arrange for the proper number of service personnel. Once this final number is
given, you may increase it; not decrease it. The balance of
the bill is due on the day of the event. A 1.5% per month
late charge will be applied to any bill not paid within 10 days of the
specified due date; a $25 charge will apply to any returned check. Cash and
personal or business checks, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable. All costs,
excluding gratuity, are subject to a 6% state sales tax unless noted as tax
exempt. A gratuity
for all service personnel will be included in your final Thyme Catering bill unless other arrangements have
